Gullible

People on the internet are SO gullible. For those who keep passing around crazy laws as humorous truths, just stop. The latest I saw was that it's illegal in Florida to fart in public on Thursdays after 6:00pm. Yes, there is a law that unauthorized discharge of poisonous gases into the environment without a permit is illegal. So technically yes, on Thursdays (or any other day) after 6:00pm (or any other time) if you fart (discharge methane) it can be considered "illegal". The laws are rarely "crazy" just because someone applies ridiculous conditions to it. Another claimed that it was illegal in Idaho to kill a trout while crossing a river on an elephant's back. The actual F&G regulation states that fishing on a specific river is limited to the shoreline only. So technically, if you are in a river on an elephant and catch a trout it can be construed as "illegal". Just because a statement is technically true doesn't mean you've been told the whole truth.
