Alas, poor us.

Regardless of who you are or what you do, there is an "ism" group for which you can cry oppression and declare yourself a victim. No matter how successful or happy you 'think' you are, the media would have you believe otherwise. I challenge anyone to deny their victimization in at least one of these "isms": Ableism, ageism, cisism, classism, ethnocentrism, heterosexism, intellectualism, jingoism, lookism, nativism, misogynism, racism, sexism, sizeism, speciesism, and a couple dozen more obscure ones. Of course, if you deny it, you are just "in denial". It seems everybody is oppressing everyone and all of humanity are victims. Alas, poor us.
