Blinky light arrogance

I don't know which is worse: the annoying idiot who cannot grasp the simple concept of a turn signal or the arrogant jackass who thinks it's perfectly fine to cut-off other drivers causing a string of cars to slam on their brakes just because he figured out how to turn on a blinky light. Idjits.
