According to Cambridge University, referring to a woman's accomplishment as 'brilliant' or 'genius' is SEXIST because "those words have a very long intellectual history where it has long been associated with qualities culturally assumed to be male." Poppycock! I've known some brilliant people who've done rather genius work in my day. Whatever naughty bits they happen to be packing in their knickers has NOTHING to do with recognizing their intellectual achievement. I sit here fantasizing about the genius, brilliant, and twice-honored Nobel Prize winner, Marie Curie, bitch-slapping some Cambridge social justice warrior...and it makes me smile.
